Owners Jill E. Kern and Susan V. Mathews have been both business partners and involved in the real estate industry for almost 20 years.They started JSM Enterprises ltd. in 1994 after working for a large firm and then purchased Mardi O'Brien Real Estate in 1996. While sharing management duties, they are also very active in residential, income and commercial sales.

Susan Mathews was president of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin in 1996 and past vice president of the South Central Wisconsin MLS. She has served on numerous state and local boards throughout the years and continues to give of her time so that Mardi O'Brien Real Estate can be on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
